Robust waterproof zippers:

Your Expedition Bag provides you with ultimate weather resistance thanks to our robust waterproof zippers. These have been specially developed to withstand the effects of rain, snow and splashing water - perfect for outdoor use. To guarantee these strong properties, the zipper is slightly more difficult to open and close than conventional zippers.

Waterproof closure system:

In addition, your Expedition Bag has an integrated waterproof valve that can be operated by simply turning it. Would you like to check the bag for water resistance? Close all the zippers completely and then close the valve to seal the bag. Then give it a gentle squeeze. If no air escapes, you can be sure that your Expedition Bag is completely sealed and watertight. The valve also allows air to escape, making the bag more compact.

Duffle bag or rucksack:

Your Expedition Bag is also equipped with practical backpack straps that offer you versatility in use. Simply attach the adjustable straps to the designated eyelets on the bag for a comfortable, hands-free carrying experience. Want to switch to a duffle bag? No problem - the straps are quick and easy to remove and you can use the bag on your adventures as a carrier bag for traveling. The straps are adjustable from 59 - 84 cm in length.

Transport on a roof rack:

Would you like to transport your Expedition Bag on the roof rack? No problem! The stainless steel eyelets provided ensure secure attachment. Thread your lashing straps through the eyelets and attach the straps to your roof rack using the eyelets provided (you can find our lashing eyes here). This variant is space-saving and can be used in any weather thanks to the bag's waterproofness. You are therefore ideally equipped for every off-road adventure.
